An ultra-powerful one hour Neurodynamic Breathwork session is also part of this workshop which can bring you to an expanded state of awareness experience. SAEMI NAKAMURA
Saemi Nakamura is both a NeuroDynamic and Grof Certified Holotropic Breathwork Facilitator who developed and teaches the Personal Development program for the NDB Facilitator Training Course. She was born and grew up in Tokyo. She came to Los Angeles to study acting and has worked on films, television shows, and numerous commercials for almist . She also became a published author and has written a series of essays sharing her personal growth and inspired many young people in Japan.
